Chicago, Illinois – May 16, 2014 – Leslie Hindman Auctioneers will hold a Natural History auction on September 16, featuring dozens of carved works by Gerd Dreher, Manfred Wild, Gerhard Becker and other luminaries of Idar-Oberstein, as well as significant pieces by Chaumet, Paul Belvoir and many others. The auction represents an important lapidary arts collection. An extensive group of impressive mineral specimens will also be offered including several notable Rhodochrosite crystals and plates from the Sweet Home Mine, Colorado and the N’Chwaing mine, South Africa.

The pictured items above will be in the upcoming September Natural History sale.
